Return Policy 

Please note our store and website have different return policies. 

In-Store Purchase Exchanges:

    • -Full-priced items purchased in either of our physical store locations are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • -No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
    • -We are unable to offer cash or credit refunds for in-store purchases.
    • -Items must be in unworn and unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
    • -Sale items purchased in-store are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • -Please note that this return policy applies only to purchases made at our physical store location. Online purchases have a separate return policy, which can be found below.

Online Purchase Returns:

    • -Full priced items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • -Sale items purchased online are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchanged.
    • -To initiate an online return, Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
    • -Allow 1-2 business days for us to process your online return after we receive the returned items.
    • -After processing, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method
        • *Please be aware that your bank might necessitate extra time to process and post a refund to your account after receiving details from Banyan Tree.
    • -You will receive an email confirmation once we receive and process your online return. This email will also include details about your refund.
    • -Please note that this return policy applies only to purchases made on our website. In-store purchases have a separate return policy, which can be found above. 

General Return Notes:

    • -Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or odor.
    • -Keep your original receipts or order confirmation emails handy when requesting returns, as they will be required for processing.

Shipping Policy 

Shipping Rates:

    • -For online orders under $150, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.
    • -Online orders totaling $150 or more are eligible for free standard shipping.
    • -Orders placed over the phone are subject to a $10 shipping fee regardless of order total. 
    • -Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not offer free shipping on returns unless the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

Shipping Method:

    • -We primarily use standard ground shipping for our deliveries via USPS or UPS. 
    • -Estimated delivery times will vary based on the shipping destination, but generally range from 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States.

Processing Time:

    • -Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before the shipment is dispatched.
    • -Orders received Friday evenings through Sunday evenings do not go out until Monday. On a holiday weekend, the order will most likely not go out until Tuesday.

Order Tracking:

    • -Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to your specified delivery address.

Shipping Restrictions:

    • -We ship orders within the continental United States and do our best to accommodate international shipping locations when possible.
    • -Please note we are only able to ship items available on our website.

Shipping Address:

    • -Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
    • -We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Order Modifications:

    • -After an order is placed, any changes to the shipping address or order contents should be communicated to our team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate modifications before the order is processed for shipping.

Shipping Upgrades:

    • -Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders will be shipped via our standard shipping method.
