Online & Pick Up in Store Orders

Online Order Processing Time:

  • -Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before the shipment is dispatched.
  • -Orders received Friday evenings through Sunday evenings do not go out until Monday. On a holiday weekend, the order will most likely not go out until Tuesday.
  • -While we try to process in-store pick up orders as soon as possible, some orders take longer to fulfill. Please allow 1-3 business days for in-store order processing before attempting to pick up you order. We recommend waiting for email confirmation (check your spam folder!) or calling ahead to see if order is available before coming in.

Order Tracking:

  • -Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to your specified delivery address. 
  • -If confirmation email is not received, please check your spam folder.

Order Modifications:

  • -After an order is placed, any changes to the shipping address or order contents should be communicated to our team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate modifications before the order is processed for shipping.

Gift Cards:

  • -Orders placed for gift cards are for physical gift cards that can either be shipped or picked up in store. We do not offer digital gift cards at this time.
